　　托福口语高频题---人物篇

　　“Describe the teacher you admire” “Describe the differences between two singers that you like” “Describe your favorite pop star”…托福口语当中，这样描述性的独立口语题经常让学生抓狂。今天专家就来带大家看看其中一类高频题—人物篇。

　　吃甜点时，一大块蛋糕通常感觉“无从下口”，所以，在确定好你要讲的这个人之后，（这个人随便是谁都ok啦，阿汪阿喵都可以的），马上要分解，确定好你要答的两个点。专家在这里提供四个点选择，popularity, personality，interest，achievement。下面具体给大家说一说：

　　Popularity:

　　1.Liu Xiang enjoyed/gained great popularity among teenage girls.

　　2.Liu Xiang, as an athlete, is adored/respected by many youngsters.

　　3.Liu Xiang is the icon of Chinese sport, and he is as popular as Houston Rockets center, Yao Ming.

　　4.Liu Xiang is a Chinese 110-meter hurdler and he is even more popular than Allen Johnson in China.

　　5.Liu Xiang is the most popular track and field athlete in China.

　　句1中，“gain great popularity”往往都会比单个的形容词如“famous，well-known”更有力度啦; 句2中插入语的使用就是亮点，as an athlete,如果可以连读就更棒啦; 句345其实是采取了侧面描述的方式，想要介绍一个名人，当然可以拿一个参照物来比一比啦，比较级最高级任君取啦~

　　Personality：

　　1. Lin Daiyu is a person who gives you the impression of being sentimental.

　　2. People often say British are very reserved. When you get to know them, they can be very emotional like anyone else.

　　3. Andrew is a terrific guy. He‘s really generous with both his time and his money.

　　4. Her diligence set a good example for me to follow in my own life.

　　句1中使用了短句变长句的法宝定语从句，句子听上去更有变化。句2是先抑后扬，对比使人印象更深刻。句3是总分结构，后面如果能跟上一个具体的例子展开就更好。句4中她的勤奋给我树立了榜样“set an example”相当于“role model”也是不错的表达。

　　Interest：

　　1. I’m mad/crazy about watching American TV series.

　　2. I’m a maniac for English.

　　3. Dancing grabs him a lot.

　　在讲到兴趣爱好的时候，考场中很多学生都只会用到“like,love”这些动词了，其实类似的表达还有很多，比如”maniac”这个词表示我是xxx的骨灰级粉丝。另外，物做主语的表达xxx”grab s me a lot”也非常地道。

　　Achievement：

　　1. What he has done to scientific field is remarkable, such as…

　　2. Speaking of his contribution to our school, all of us would say with a thumb up, “he is our real pride. ”
