翻译错了，会很尴尬系列（3）

　　今天和大家聊一下“There you go”的用法，含义与字面意思相去甚远，不是“你去那里”的意思哦。其实这句话的不同含义之间联系不大，所以理解和运用起来比较困难，现按意图分述如下：

　　1.       用于肯定：造词逻辑类似汉语方言“走起”或“走你”，可以译为“加油”、“不错”之类。

　　a)       There you go! That‘s the way!

　　b)      Try hitting the backspace key - there you go.

　　c)       Girl A: I’ve been dancing and cleaning while listening to my ipod today.

　　Girl B: there you go (thinking do i really give a shit?).

　　2.       用于指责：也写作“There you go again”，构词思路类似“你又来这一套”，可以译为“又这样”、“还那德行”等。

　　a)       There you go, yelling again. Will you shut up?

　　b)      I just told you not to put that junk on the table, and there you go.

　　c)       I know, you‘re thinking, there you go again with the gross exaggeration.

　　d)      I almost thought we could have a truce but there you go again!

　　3.       用于交接：也写作“there you are”，构词思路类似“归你了”，可以译为“来咯”、“好了”等；或作为语助词处理，不必翻译。

　　a)       One day my husband came home with a computer and said there you go - now start!

　　b)      Who ordered the fried shrimp? There you go.

　　c)       There you are—that’ll be ?3.80 please.

　　4.       用于表示无可奈何：造词逻辑类似“你就得认了”，可以译为“没办法”、“就这样的”等；或作为语助词处理，不必翻译。

　　a)       We didn‘t win the competition, but there you go - we can always tryagain next year.

　　b)      Sometimes it is embarrassing, but there you go.

　　c)       Normally if the first game is away, your last is at home but we’re away both times, which is a bit strange, but there you go.

　　5.       用于表示理应如此：造词思路类似“你明白我的意思了吧”，可以译为“对吧”、“来【语气词】”、“我没说错吧”等；或作为语助词处理，不必翻译。

　　a)       There you go. Isn’t that just like a man!

　　b)      Let me open the door for you. There you go.

　　c)       There you are! I told you the problem was a political one

　　有时用“here you go”。英国人多用“there/here you are”。
